MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Business Development (60%)
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs, pain points, and opportunities for collaboration.
– Negotiate partnership agreements with enterprise merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
– Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
2. Operation (40%)
– Collaborate with internal teams, including MKT team, SO, CS, Finance, Logistic to ensure successful onboarding, make promotion request proposal and delivering goods on time.
– Manage, monitor the order processing: Check order, confirm order, solve related problem.
– Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
– Graduated from University
– Have at least 2-3 experience years in Health & Beauty, Sales Development.
– Candidate with experience in managing Ecom/CVS/Beauty chains is an advantage.
– Proactive working style and hard working.
– Fluent English (both speaking & writing) and MS. Office.
